NOTICE
TOWN OF ARLINGTON VERMONT WATER SERVICE ORDINANCE
The provisions of this Ordinance shall serve as the legal basis for the operation, administration, and all decision making pertaining to the delivery of water to the inhabitants of Arlington and Sunderland Vermont.
This Ordinance is adopted under the Authority granted to the ARLINGTON, SELECTBOARD by V.S.A. 3315. ADOPTED 03/27/2017

Per V.S.A. T.24 section 1973 A petition for a vote on the question of disapproving an ordinance or rule shall be signed by not less than five percent of the qualified voters of the municipality and presented to the legislative body or the clerk of the municipality within 44 days following the date of adoption of the ordinance or rule by the legislative body.
