1. CALL TO ORDER at 7:00 pm
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS: None
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Member Browning made a motion that premature discussion of a personnel matter would cause the municipality to suffer substantial disadvantage. Seconded by Member Paustian. Approved unanimously.
Member Browning made a motion to enter into an Executive Session for discussion of a personnel matter and allow Town Administrator Zaiac and all interview candidates to remain in the room. Seconded by Member Paustian. Approved unanimously.
Entered at 7:01. Exited at 9:12 with nothing to report.
4. ADJOURNMENT: Motion to adjourn Member Paustian, Seconded by Member Browning, motion carried unanimously adjourned 9:12 pm
