ARLINGTON WATER DEPARTMENT COMMISSIONERS
MINUTES OF MEETING of January 26, 2026
Commissioners in Attendance: Dan Harvey, Matt Bykowski, Glenn Sherman, Jamie Paustian, and Karen Krulikowski
Commissioners Absent: None
Also in Attendance: Chief WD Operator, Josh Brace, GNAT TV and Janet Barry, via Zoom.
The meeting was called to order by Ms. Harvey at 6:58PM

Public Comments: None
Minutes of Recent Meetings: Mr. Bykowski made a motion to accept the minutes, as presented, for October 27, 2025. Ms. Krulikowski seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Report of the Chief Operator: Mr. Brace said a grant was received for the generator project and he is waiting to hear from companies about quotes. He said so far he has one quote for the heat pump for the Well House, from Rick Coulter for $5,500. He said the storage tank level and chlorine analyzer upgrade is complete. He is still waiting on quotes for the lead line replacement project. He had finished a revised draft of the 2026 budget.
Aged Receivables: Mr. Brace said he had sent thirteen accounts to Allied for collection this week. Property #031 is now owned by the bank and the bank will pay the past due water bill when the house is closed on. There is a current lien on the property by the Town.
Sending accounts to the collection agency that are over 90 days late and over $100 was discussed.

Mr. Bykowski made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Paustian seconded. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:20PM
