APC Site Plan Review of an application for a variance for the expansion of an existing nonconforming structure in the Rural Zone at the Croft property at 1593 Warm Brook Road. The applicant wished to replace a house that does not meet the setback requirements with a new house that would be slightly larger on the same site. If the site plan is approved by the APC the variance application will be considered by the Zoning Board of Adjustment for a final decision.
