Beginning August 31, the Arlington Highway Department will be replacing culverts on River Road. The work is estimated to be completed within the week. Culverts on both sides of the road need to be replaced so River Road, from Hollerith to Benedict Crossing Bridge, will need to be closed to all thru traffic, this includes pedestrian and cyclists.
