Town of Arlington Select Board Special Meeting Minutes

Members Present: Glenn Sherman, Matt Bykowski, Dan Harvey, Sebastian Massey, and Jamie Paustian.
Meeting called to order by Matt Bykowski at 5:45 PM
Dan Harvey joined at 5:50 PM
There were no additions or deletions to the agenda presented.
There were no public comments from anyone in the room or the video conference.
At 5:55 PM a motion by Glenn Sherman that a discussion on a personnel issue would cause the municipality to suffer a substantial disadvantage. Seconded my Jamie Paustian. Vote passes.
Motion by Glenn Sherman to enter into Executive Session and to allow Candidate A to remain in the room. Seconded by Jamie Paustian. Vote passes.
7:20 PM came out of Executive Session with no decisions to be made.
With no other business to tend to, meeting adjourned at 7:25 PM
