TOWN OF ARLINGTON
SNOW REMOVAL
The Town of Arlington requests the cooperation of all contractors and residents in Arlington concerning snow removal. State Statutes Title 19, Chapter 11, Article 1105, make it unlawful to deposit any material in a highway that may cause an unsafe condition. State Statutes Title 23, Chapter 19, Article 1753, and the Town of Arlington’s Traffic Ordinance Section 5, make it unlawful to park or leave a motor vehicle so as to interfere with snow removal or normal passage of traffic on highways. Vehicles may be removed at the owner’s expense. All sidewalk or pedestrian traffic areas should be considered part of the highway. Your cooperation is appreciated.
