1. CALL TO ORDER at 6:32 pm
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS: None
3. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: Motion by Todd Wilkins, seconded by Glenn Sherman, unanimously approved by members present
4. Briefing of the Chief Operator
The Chief Operator reported no breaks or major leaks this period. He reported the completion of the Dutch Lane project.
5. NEW BUSINESS
5.1 Lead Line RFP
The Town Administrator gave an overview of the updated timeline and state funding. Motion to approve the reissued RFP as presented by Todd Wilkins, seconded by Jamie Paustian. Approved unanimously by members present.
5.2 Water Streets project: The Town Administrator requested it not addressed due to newly-noted state compliance matters. Will be addressed at future meeting.
5.3 Wastewater study budget
The Town Administrator noted that these would be necessary to facilitate the reimbursable loan for the wastewater project. Motion to create a revenue line entitled “ARPA” with a total budget of $103,465 and an expense line entitled “Wastewater study” with a total budget of $103,465 by Todd Wilkins, seconded by Jamie Paustian. Approved unanimously by members present.
5.4 Aged billables: Little discussion, staff related that a group of shut-off letters will be mailed in the coming weeks as administrative capacity is available.
