ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE HEREBY WARNED OF A PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE ARLINGTON ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2020 AT 7 PM IN THE ARLINGTON TOWN HALL REGARDING:
- A ZONING PERMIT APPLICATION BY JOSHUA SHERMAN FOR A BUILDING MODIFICATION AT 348 OLD MILL ROAD IN THE COMMERCIAL-RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT IN A FLOOD HAZARD AREA. THE PLANNING COMMISSION HAS CONDUCTED A SITE PLAN REVIEW AS A PREREQUISITE TO CONSIDERATION OF A CONDITIONAL USE APPROVAL BY THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.
- A ZONING PERMIT APPLICATION BY ANDREW HILDICK-SMITH FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A GARAGE ON HIS LOT ON SANDGATE ROAD IN THE RURAL DISTRICT. A SETBACK VARIANCE IS REQUESTED.
THIS HEARING IS WARNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 4464 OF THE VERMONT PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT (24 V.S.A., CHAPTER 117). PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROCEEDING IS A PREREQUISITE TO THE RIGHT TO TAKE ANY SUBSEQUENT APPEAL.
