Warned Item: A zoning permit application for roofing/enclosing an existing deck at 5054 VT Rte. 7A, Lot ID 06-3-27, in the Rural District submitted by Diahann Lane. Since the proposed location is in a flood plain, a hearing and site plan review is required from the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
This hearing is warned in accordance with section 4464 of the Vermont planning and development act (24 VSA, chapter 117). Please be advised that participation in this proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to any subsequent appeal.
