The Arlington Select Board is pleased that GNAT will be offering live coverage of Arlington Town Meeting for those watching at home. We thank them for their efforts to make government meetings accessible to the public.
We will also be offering the opportunity to submit questions remotely through a Zoom chat function (like last year, video for those calling in will be off and everyone will remain muted). All questions must be submitted with your real name and may only be submitted by legal Arlington voters. Germane questions will be passed by note to the Moderator to be recognized at the Moderator’s discretion.
Please note that this Zoom feed is being offered at the discretion of the Select Board to increase access to the information at Town Meeting for the voters. There is no way to allow remote voting at town meeting or formal participation by remote viewers. The Select Board makes no guarantee of audio or video quality from the Zoom feed, which exists primarily to facilitate question submission. Watch GNAT for high-quality remote coverage of the event.
