-Zoning permits issued:

#3258 – Lot 21-2-23, 877 East Arlington Road (Dupre-RR): Bedroom addition, approved by fault

#3257 – Lot 01-1-45, 5081 River Road (Morris-RR): Add carport, in floodplain, approved by ZBA

#3272 – Lot 14-2-03, 568 Warm Brook Road (Joaquin – RR): garden shed

#3268 – Lot 02-2-37, 91 Sycamoore Lane (Sibley – RR): shed

-Zoning permits on hold:

#3255 – Lot 01-1-44, 5125 River Road (Dallarosa – RR): Shipping container accessory building, in floodplain. On hold due to lack of site plans, notified us he may decide to remove the shipping container and build a garage instead, (with added RV pad), as advised by his contractor.

#3274 – Lot 06-3-27, 5054 Vt Rte 7A (McDevitt/Lane – RR): Enclose deck, and add shed, both in floodplain. Needs APC site plan approval and Regional Floodplain Manager comments (waiting on site plan submission).

-Zoning permits denied:

#3262 – Lot 17-2-21, 363 East Arlington Road (Mendenhall-RR): put in pond, referred to VT Rebecca Chalmers, VT Wetlands Staff. Determined to be a Class II Wetland.
