EMERGENCY ARLINGTON SELECT BOARD VIRTUAL MEETING
February 11,2021
Members Present via Zoom or Phone: Dan Harvey, Matt Bykowski, Cynthia Browning, Tim Williams, Todd Wilkins
Also Present via Zoom or Phone: Nick Zaiac – Town Administrator
The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm by Chairman, Dan Harvey
Executive Session: Mr. Bykowski made a motion that premature discussion of personnel and legal issues would cause the municipality to suffer substantial disadvantage. Seconded by Mr. Wilkins. Mr. Bykowski made a motion to enter into Executive Session for discussion of personnel and legal issues and to allow Mr. Zaiac to remain in the room. Seconded by Mr. Wilkins. The Board entered into Executive Session at 6:01PM.
The Board came out of Executive Session at 6:54PM.
Mr. Bykowski made a motion to accept Mr. Siclari’ s resignation and to thank Mr. Siclari, and wish the best in his future endeavors. Mr. Williams seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
Mr. Bykowski made a motion to authorize Mr. Zaiac to post job and schedule interviews. Ms. Browning seconded. Motion passed.
Mr. Bykowski made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Wilkins seconded. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 6:56PM.
