EMERGENCY ARLINGTON SELECT BOARD VIRTUAL MEETING
February 17,2021
Members Present via Zoom or Phone: Dan Harvey, Matt Bykowski, Cynthia Browning, Tim Williams, Todd Wilkins
Members Absent: None
Also Present via Zoom or Phone: Nick Zaiac – Town Administrator, Mark Townslee, Todd Siclari, Darren Jennings, Kendall Jennings
The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM
Public Comments: None
Executive Session: Mr. Bykowski made a motion that premature discussion of a personnel issue would cause the municipality to suffer substantial disadvantage. Seconded by Mr. Wilkins. Mr. Bykowski made a motion to enter into Executive Session for discussion of a personnel issue and to allow Mr. Zaiac and Mr. Townslee to remain in the room. Seconded by Ms. Browning. The Board entered into Executive Session at 6:01PM. The Board came out of Executive Session at 7:27PM, no decision made and meeting was adjourned at 7:27PM.
