Commissioners  in Attendance:    Dan Harvey, and Jamie Paustian

Commissioners Absent:  Cynthia Browning , Todd Wilkins, Glenn Sherman

Also in  Attendance: AWD Chief Operator- Burr Snow, Town Administrator- Nick Zaiac, and Janet Barry, via Zoom.

The meeting was cancelled at 7:16PM, due to lack of quorum. It will be rescheduled in the near future, and posted when the date is set.
