Warned Items: 1. 1027 VT Rte 313 W (Sallisky), Lot 12-3-01 for existing structures in the floodway, required RV site permit and an accessory structure in the flood plain. 2. 771 VT Rte 313 W (Paustian), Lot 12-3-03 for a remodel/addition. Since the proposed addition does not meet minimum setback requirements, a variance is required. This hearing is warned in accordance with section 4464 of the Vermont planning and development act (24 VSA, chapter 117). Please be advised that participation in this proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to any subsequent appeal.
