Warned Item 1: A zoning permit application for an accessory building at 781 Old West Road, Lot ID 10-1-32.004, in the Rural District by Glenn Sherman. Since the proposed location of the building does not meet minimum setback requirements for the district, a variance is required.
Warned Item 2: A zoning permit application for a Community Center at 3960 Rte. 7A, Lot ID 16-1-04, in the Village District by the Arlington Arts Enrichment Program and the Christ Our Savior Charitable Trust. Conditional use permit approval is required from the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
Warned Item 3: A zoning permit application for lot grading at 0 River Road, Lot ID 03-1-06, in the Rural District by Matthew Broomhall. Since the proposed location is within 50 feet of a shoreline, conditional use permit approval is required from the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
This hearing is warned in accordance with section 4464 of the Vermont planning and development act (24 VSA, chapter 117). Please be advised that participation in this proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to any subsequent appeal.
