Minutes of Emergency Meeting 10/2/2023 7 PM

- Call to order
The chair called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm
- Addition to the Agenda
Member Browning made a motion to add a liquor license to the agenda for the meeting, seconded by Member Sherman. Motion approved unanimously.
- Liquor License
Member Browning made a motion to authorize a Request to Cater Permit for Arlington Ramuntos, LLC for an outdoor BBQ with bands attended by about 50 people on 10/8/2023 2:15 to 8:45 pm, seconded by Member Sherman. Motion approved unanimously.
- Executive Session
Member Browning made a motion that premature discussion of a personnel matter would cause the municipality to suffer substantial disadvantage. Seconded by Member Sherman. Motion carried unanimously.
Member Browning made a motion to enter into Executive Session for discussion of a personnel issue and to allow Town Administrator Zaiac to remain in the room. The board entered into executive session at 7:04 PM. The board exited executive session with no decisions to report at 7:43 pm.
