CALL TO ORDER at 7:28 pm, acknowledging the lateness due to a school basketball game.

MINUTES
Motion to approve the minutes of the October regular meeting as presented Cynthia Browning, seconded by Glenn Sherman. 3-0 Jamie Paustian absent.
Motion to approve the minutes of the January special meeting as presented by Glenn Sherman, seconded Cynthia Browning. 3-0 Jamie Paustian absent.
OLD BUSINESS
Budget: The Chief Administrator related that literally nothing changed from the previous budget preview. Motion to approve the budget as presented with total expenditures of $362,831.22 by Cynthia Browning. Seconded by Glenn Sherman. 3-0 Jamie Paustian absent.
REPORT OF THE CHIEF OPERATOR
Reported 3 service line repairs since the previous meeting.
NEW BUSINESS
Aged billables: The Chief Administrator related the current status of arrears collections including a recent set of 6 letters with shutoff warnings. The Board noted that the aged billables remain static from the previous meeting.
ADJOURNMENT: Motion to adjourn Glenn Sherman, Seconded by Cynthia Browning, motion carried unanimously adjourned 7:42 pm
