W A R N I N G

ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE HEREBY WARNED OF A PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE ARLINGTON ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 22, 2018 AT 7 PM IN THE ARLINGTON TOWN HALL REGARDING:

1) A ZONING PERMIT APPLICATION FOR AN ACCESSORY BUILDING (Attached Garage) ON 1190 E. ARLINGTON ROAD IN THE RURAL DISTRICT BY JENNIFER AND WILLIAM MOSES. BECAUSE THE LOT SIZE IS NON-CONFORMING (less than one acre) AND THE ACCESSORY BUILDING WILL NOT MEET REQUIRED SETBACK REQUIREMENTS, A VARIANCE WILL BE REQUIRED.

2) A ZONING PERMIT APPLICATION FOR A FRONT PORCH ADDITION TO AN EXISTING HOUSE ON 969 OLD WEST ROAD IN THE RURAL DISTRICT BY ALLYSON SHIMIZU. BECAUSE THE ADDITION WILL NOT MEET REQUIRED SETBACK REQUIREMENTS, A VARIANCE WILL BE REQUIRED.

THIS HEARING IS WARNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 4464 OF THE VERMONT PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT (24 V.S.A., CHAPTER 117). PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROCEEDING IS A PREREQUISITE TO THE RIGHT TO TAKE ANY SUBSEQUENT APPEAL.
