Minutes of Meeting: Thursday, April 27, 2017

The meeting minutes of March 23, 2017 were approved.
1. A continuation of the warned public hearing for the site plan of Frederick Waldorfer could not be held because he did not attend this April meeting.
Land Use Administrator’s Monthly Report:
The Land Use Administrator’s Report included permits for the following applications.
1. Permit for a home addition for Laura and Douglas Aldrich at 193 Sandgate Road.
2. Permit for a home addition for Kevin and Tammy Senft at 334 Sun Rise Lane.
Al Godreau received a letter from Cellco to replace the Verizon cell tower antenna’s on Tory Lane. The areas of the new antenna’s were acceptable so no action was required.
Al Godreau also reported on an issue of the lack of a site plan from Burr Snow for a second story addition to a garage on 4093 VT Route 313 West. Al has asked Mr. Snow for a site plan for review by the Planning Commission and the ZBA.
The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 25, 2017.
